How do I fix download errors?
If you encountered an error message saying "Error. Cannot download data." you could fix it by redoing your scraping such that each group has fewer URLs than you added at the beginning. It happens because there are too many data cards to be imported into a spreadsheet, taking a longer time than five minutes which is the maximum waiting time for download.
It is highly recommended that you reduce the number of URLs per group (less than 5,000 data cards, or rows in a spreadsheet) when extracting data using Group Extraction. If you noticed this error after attempting to scrape data in Listly, please remove the list of URLs that were scraped successfully and then redo the scraping using the remaining URLs.
