[Important Notice] Upcoming Changes to Subscription Models

Important Updates and Changes

Over the past years, we’ve offered various new features on the Free plan to help the user easily collect data. Given the server overload due to the improper duplicate account issues on the Free plan, however, we’re making some changes to the Free plan.

In addition, we’re updating our subscription models and introducing the Light plan so that we can keep your data collection experience fast and safe. We hope that our plan updates will give you more flexibility, making you more productive. Both changes will go into effect on May 23, 2024, however, the effective date can be changed due to operating conditions.

Existing paid users continue to be able to enjoy the features of the plan they have used. Please find more details on the Light plan and the changes for the Free plan below.

The existing ‘URL’ units will be broken down into three parts: Basic Feature URL, Tabs URL, and Advanced Feature URL.

  1. Basic Feature URL: A term we use to measure the number of URLs for basic data extraction per page. Each successful 1-page data extraction costs 1 basic feature URL.
  2. Tabs URL: A term we used to measure the number of URLs for Tabs extraction.
  3. Advanced Feature URL: A term we use to measure the number of URLs for advanced data extraction. This includes data extractions using Group Extraction, Auto-Click, Auto-Scroll, Scheduler, Action Templates, and more.

Changes for the Free plan

1. Basic feature URLs and automatic recharge

  • 10 URLs for basic features are provided per day, and the deducted URL usage will be automatically recharged on a 24-hour basis.
  • Even if your URL usage exceeds the daily limit, you can still preview or download results in the file format for Excel and Google Sheets. However, the number of rows imported into Excel or Google Sheets will be limited to 15.

2. Tabs URLs related changes

  • If you are downgraded to the Free plan, you will not be able to purchase additional URLs for Tabs extraction.

3. No Databoard support

  • Users on the free plan will not be able to access their Databoard or view historical data any longer. This change was made, according to our service usage analytics, because Databoard has been underutilized on the Free plan.
  • To minimize any inconvenience, please download data from your Databoard if needed before new changes take effect.

Introducing the Light plan

The Light plan is our new subscription plan, which gives you access to all features included on the Free plan, as well as more powerful features.

  • Unlimited URLs for basic features
  • Pay As You Go URLs; you can purchase additional URLs as needed
  • Databoard
  • Access control for folders (e.g. creating, renaming, and deleting folders) created automatically with Tabs for more effective data management
