Why has my subscription not been activated?
There are a few reasons for subscription failures:
- Insufficient funds in your debit or credit card, or your payment method
- Your account being detected as abusive and temporarily suspended
- Payment issues from your bank
If this is the case, you may want to delete your previous payment method first and add a new one. If you've run into a payment issue, you can delete your card info first and add a new credit or debit card on this page. You can also contact the Listly team (hello@listly.io) for further assistance.
